Triathlon covers 3 individual sports, swimming, cycling and running but we would argue that Triathlon Swimming deserves a section on it's own. Therefore, in the swimming section we deal with all 4 major strokes and how to swim them but have a completely separate Triathlon Swimming section dealing with open water considerations, wet suits and special tips for mass start racing.
