A "One Size Fits All" approach to triathlon training is not ideal, especially with athletes of different ages and abilities. For that reason we have to build the full programme once we know who is attending a camp. We need to know everyone's ages and abilities, plus their general targets for the approaching season. For that reason the exact nature of the training and the number of swim/cycle/run and skills sessions in the week have to be precisely planned close to the departure date.

However, there are certain elements we want to include and the timing of these during the day will remain fairly constant . These will always include technical and skills sessions as well as video analysis plus fun elements, like Beach Volleyball and a friendly race. On the first day we need to get to know you, your style, talk with you and note anything that you may need or specifically want to work on.

It's not necessary for every athlete to do every session - and it's not necessarily desirable for them to do so. However, here is a sample programme for the February camp, which will change for each individual, based on someones age and fitness level;
