We offer holidays at times that fall are within, or are close to, school holidays. These are especially designed to help:- 
  1. Any age of triathlete who would like to learn correct techniques and how to train effectively but is restricted to school holidays. 
  2. Those  looking to peak or retain form for specific races, such as the Inter Regional, or Youth and Junior National Championships at the end of the summer.
  3. Parent athletes who want to train in a warm climate while all the family enjoys a great holiday.
  4. Any athlete with partners or families who want everyone to enjoy a holiday while they can still take time out to train.

Alternatively, we offer individually designed camps for single athletes, groups or clubs who might want specialist training programmes designed for them, or simply wish to get away to do some real training for specific races. These can be with your own coaches or ours, come with training schedules in place for you to follow throughout the week or just with us providing the facilities for you to get out and train in the sunshine. Flexibility is the key here.

Whatever the case keeping to a training regime will ensure you're ready to compete and may well put you well ahead of the competition.
We arrange holiday accommodation in the Villas of owners we know in Murdeira, controlled by a conscientious manager. This makes holiday prices pretty stable, but with Cape Verde becoming a "Hot Destination" - no pun intended - early booking is advisable. During our first February camp daily temperatures varied between 24 and 29 degrees and with virtually guaranteed temperatures like that it's no surprise that accommodation is full most of the time. All prices are for self catering but the Hotel offers:

Breakfast (€7.00 pp) and Dinner (€10.00 pp), both on a buffet basis. A la carte is also available for main meals. That's very similar to the price if pre-booked but it leaves you the flexibility to eat in the villa or try one of the many restaurants in Santa Maria or Espargos. 

This leaves each party free to find the best priced flights from around the country. Below we indicate the current best price we have found for relevant dates. You can travel any day of the week from any airport in the UK, as TAP and often TACV (the Cape Verde national airline) have daily flights into Sal from Lisbon.
