To give you a taste for riding on Sal we have strapped a helmet camera to our heads and headed out to cover the main routes you'll cycle through. Because they take some time to ride we've speeded them up to save computer time and because you don't really need to see every meter in detail. |

One more thing we should note is that helmet cams don't give the wearer an opportunity to view the video as it's being taken. Consequently when we come to view the video they are sometimes slightly skewed. We have done our best to straighten them all and hope they give you a good insight into the Cape Verde Island of Sal. As these are large files and some of you will have fast and others slow feeds we offer 2 qualities of video for you to download. The best method with either is to right click a picture with your mouse and save it to your hard disc. |
