  1. To show you how some of the top swimmers in the world achieve fantastic speed, with the same basic equipment as you.
  2. To analyse the strokes of both the great and the ordinary swimmer and highlight good technique and some common errors.

For your convenience we have included 2 different formats, the first a high quality broadband format and the second is one you can put on your hand held computer (PPC) and even take them to the pool to give others pointers on technique.
